One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a hop-on hop-off bus. I've been to over 15 locations with this type of service, but this is by far the worst experience, especially if you have a child with you. The drivers don't respect the route, they don't stop even if you signal them, and they come very rarely compared to the other types of buses (red or blue line).

We usually do a hop on hop off bus tour whenever we visit a new city. This however has been our worst experience. Don't waste your money on this bus company. We started on the castle tour and decided to get off and pick up the historic tour. The driver drove straight past us despite being at the bus stop indicating we wanted to get on. We were told the next one would be in an hour but waited ONE HOUR 20 MINS with no luck .We only had a few days in Porto so time is precious . Decided to call it a day and walk. There were numerous other companies operating and they seemed to have a much more frequent and reliable service.

Appalling service in general: we bought the 2 days ticket with access to the cruise. The only thing that worked well was the cruise with Tomaz do Douro. Nobody could give us reliable information about times, we had to keep looking at an App that was not very accurate. The stops are poorly signaled and at random places (for example, it is inexplicable that there is not a stop close to Casa de Serralves even though the bus passes beside it), the frequency of the buses is not enough (once each 60 minutes!!!) and it stops working at 5.10pm. We weren't able to avail of it at all one day and found really stressful the 2nd day as we had to rely on it to get around and, because the times are only approximate, if we missed one we had to wait 2hrs for the next). Avoid at all costs!

Good routes and good buses. Not as frequent as other cities we have completed hop on hop and no information from drivers about stops. River cruise ok and visit to Port cellar well organised and interesting . Overall 3/5 stars.

The tour was well worth the money and the two routes gave us a good sense of Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia. Beautiful photo ops and views! We enjoyed the 6 bridges cruise as part of the tour package as well as the port tasting at Caves Calem. Buses are well maintained and drivers helpful.
