We rented regular bikes online and everything was smooth and easy. They had our bikes ready to go and off we went. If you are riding along the river/sea you do not need electric bikes even though they are super fun too. We had a perfect day on the bikes riding to the beaches north.

Thanks so much for a fantastic tour we really enjoyed it and for all your help with the bikes. We were lucky enough to do two tours with tour guide Viento who was so knowledgeable, helpful and great company during our visit. The tours are a great way to spend family time while getting to know the city on bikes not to mention the surf lesson and wonderful food. I highly recommend this tour and this lovely little bike shop thanks again Paula

The bike ride is a long one that introduces you to the varied sights and areas of Porto. The surfing lessons were a huge hit with our teens aged 14, 17 and 18. Our guide Bento was a wonderful conversationalist and guide who also introduced us to some wonderful food. We learned so much about the City from him. We highly recommend!!!!

As a group of 6 we were a little late getting going as we were slow getting the helmets to fit properly, get bags on the bikes etc, (our fault for being indecisive) but we eventually got on our way with our guide, Viento (hope i spelt that correctly) who was just fantastic. He was incredibly patient with us, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the various sights and historic points on the bike ride. The bike lanes are really good, the ride is pretty much flat all the way and was taken at a leisurely pace so nobody was struggling to keep up. Because we were late setting off, we were late arriving at the surf centre and our lesson had already started. Viento took us through a quick warm up on the beach after we got our wetsuits on and then we took to the waves! A few of us were a little apprehensive but we all had a brilliant time and i'd definitely go back and do it again! Our time in the water was cut short as we arrived late and obviously they have a schedule to keep to, but that was our fault mainly, although at the shop they could have perhaps hurried us a little and pointed out that we would miss some surfing time which might have got us on the road a little quicker. there were a couple of instructors int eh water who helped and offered advice. The water was beautiful, not too cold, and the sand underfoot was lovely - no stones or shingle or anything. The water stays pretty shallow quite far out so we didn't feel vulnerable or in danger - we could just concentrate on trying to catch some waves and get up on the board! We rode up to the park for lunch and unfortunately the reservation for our table had been missed or something, so Viento made a few calls and took us back to the Tapioca cafe next door to the surf shop and we ate there, which was absolutely fine and really tasty. Our ride back was lovely and smooth, we were able to go a bit faster as we didnt stop for any tour guide chats or anything. Once we got back to the shop the lady (didn't catch her name, sorry) was lovely and very apologetic over the lunch mix up. She then helped with recommending various places for us to try eating at for the remainder of our trip and also advised on some areas to avoid which was really useful too. All in all, 10/10 from us and we would 100% recommend this activity!

Super fijn bedrijf.
