This company is called “skip the line” . They assured us that they would pick us up from our hotel. We confirmed with them weeks in advance that the driver would pick us up from the main road not the hotel itself because the road was too narrow. Our private driver and hotel manager called them many times the night prior to the safari date, the answer was “we don’t pick up party of two”. We would have missed the safari waiting for them on the main road to pick us up. Also, we not only NOT skipped the line, but got a late start waiting for a much delayed tourist once inside the park. Of note, our friend, party of two, were picked up inside the hotel. I wrote the manager of this company after such poor service and he never responded. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SAFARI AT ALL.

I booked a gypsy safari but ended up in a canter which was OK but not what I paid for and I am still waiting for a refund of the difference. The company does not reply to messages unless La Vacanza Travel customer services are involved.

So we did not get off to a good start with them Turing up 45 mins after we were told. The safari started and we went back after 20 mins to collect a couple who were late. We were in zone 8 which has only 1 pair of tigers so statistically speaking we’re not likely to see one. The guide said he spotted one asleep. We could not see it. We waited for one hour. He said we would move to the watering hole and waited another 30 mins. The park was then closed. We did see some deer and antelope and several termite mounds. The emperor’s new clothes sprang to mind
