Maximum passenger capacity in a large van is 8. This is the largest size vehicle that can access city centers. Groups larger than 8 passengers will require more than 1 vehicle.

Your Chauffeur will meet you in designed Limo service Meeting point area in the main Arrival Hall of your terminal Designated Parking Area for ALL chauffeur vehicles as mandated by Airport Security is a few minutes walking distance from the Terminal. Curbside Pick Up of passengers by private chauffeured services is prohibited at FCO Airport. Please be sure to use a LUGGAGE TROLLEY available near luggage carousels to easily carry your luggage to the main waiting hall to meet your chauffeur and then proceed to your parked vehicle.

Driver and experience was great. Would do again. Good value with 4 people. Driver gave a mini tour even though we did not hire him for that. It was nice.

I needed round trip transportation to/from Rome airport to my hotel during a trip to Rome this month. It was the best decision I’ve made:). Driver was on time, super friendly, spoke English and it made the sometimes chaotic drive into Rome very pleasant. I would definitely use their services again and definitely recommend.

Ricardo Gaia with Uber Black, or his own private company carpilotrome, went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a hired driver. On our way from the airport to the hotel, Ricardo not only provided us with the history of sites that we drove past, but also pointed out places to explore. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, but also with his warmth and friendliness, This encouraged us to book him for future rides during our vacation. We hired him a total of three different times. Some examples of how he excelled: Because we had a short drive to our hotel from the airport, we were dismissed by other Uber drivers who passed us up to take larger fares. Ricardo was our savior! He also, responded to let us know that he had found a pair of sunglasses that were left in his car. Thankfully, because they were designer prescription sunglasses. We would not hesitate to recommend Ricardo! This man has amazing credentials; was a former commercial pilot, gave flying lessons, and is geographically knowledgeable. He also lived in the US and speaks great English!
