Learn to make authentic pizza from an authentic Italian chef!

Join your brilliant host Sandra as she teaches you how to make delicious rustic pizzas from some of the most popular pizza-making provinces in Italy.
Sandra is an amazing Italian chef who has lived and worked all over Italy and wants to share her knowledge with you and teach you how to make several delicious, rustic Italian pizzas.

About your host Sandra: "Teaching and hosting new people at home is really fun! I come from a long line of passionate food lovers. I grew up in Tuscany, spent several years in Milan and then Matera, South of Italy, and now live in Rome. I have a broad knowledge of the country’s many wonderful and varied dishes."

Sample Menu

• Fried panzerotti - stuffed with tomatoes, salame piccante and cheese.
• The Real Pizza - with different toppings: - Tender wheat organic flour for a soft and sweet dough, organic peeled tomatoes, basil and mozzarella di bufala D.O.P, prosciutto, vegetables

• Italian delight - Tiramisu', panna cotta with chocolate or different flavours of homemade gelato

    Sandra is the best. A really fun evening of great food, discussion on cooking, and warm conversation. Will do this experience again when in Rome. The food was excellent, and you get to have fun meeting new people, dine in Rome with your own cook, and then chat with her during and after. Can't recommend enough. Better than a great restaurant given the social interaction.

    A perfect evening. Even my cynical teenagers were delighted with Sandra and the venue. Six months later we are still talking about it and tasting it at home. Sandra is now part of our kitchen.

    We had a very nice time an learned a lot from Sandra. She is a very kind online host and you learn a lot, you have fun and later on a very delicious meal. Simply perfect. We booked it as a xmas gift for friends, so we took part from italy, germany and the US

    Such a lovely experience. Had a wonderful time in the class. She was very prepared and had a lot of knowledge. It was lots of fun and the pizza was unbelievably good.
