Gaga was an amazing guide. Super knowledgeable about the museum and art history in general. Taught my gf and I a lot of new things.

We got stuck in traffic and communicated we would be late. They only had enough tickets for two people of the three people in our group to join later. I was okay with that but they instead just sent the tickets for us to go by ourselves. They did not offer to let us catch up, and when I talked to one of the tour leaders he waived us off. We missed out on being able to se St. Peter’s Basilica because we were 15 minutes late. I understand that the tour had to start, but they could have told us where to meet them to catch up. In the future I will use a different, more compassionate provider.

Our tour guide was brilliant. The tour was informative and he waited for us when we lost him. Only downside was we were quite rushed and it was very busy inside, we only had a few minutes in the sistine chapel and didn’t get to go into St Peter’s basilica because we had to go get our luggage from storage which wasn’t the guides fault but disappointing for us. Couldn’t fault the tour guide or company though.

The history is mind blowing! Not being particularly religious some parts of the tour were of greater interest than others. Very crowded on the 10.00am tour, wish we had gone for 9.00am and missed some of the frenzy. St Peter's Basilica is simply stunning.
