We had an amazing experience during our tour in Frascati that exceeded expectations. We learned about the local grapes and history of the area, got a tour of the vineyard, and tasted delicious wines. Afterwards, we were taken back into the town of Frascati and given a walking tour of the town before going to the restaurant for lunch. Lunch was delicious with meats and cheeses, pasta, and wine. Definitely would recommend this as a day trip out of Rome!
A great day out. Easy to get to via train, the vineyard is amazing (say hello to the dog), followed by a quick village tour and lunch. A nice break from the city.

Clearly the town of Frascati got together to create this awesome tour to show off their town. A very well planned collaboration and a variety of really cool activities… and great wine along the whole tour. To be this convenient to Rome and this different was a treat.
We've been to several wine tasting events in other countries and can say this one was by far the most enjoyable. The lady who hosted our party was the boss but, unfortunately, I can't remember her name, however, she was really informative and lead the event well. Both the historic setting and the buildings were really interesting with the caves/vaults below being an added bonus. The wine tasted wonderful and the tasting instruction was educational. The only pity was we didn't have an opportunity to buy any at the winery. We then visited the quaint and historic town of Frascati where we had lunch in a local restaurant. The weather was against us but this part of the event was also very enjoyable and worthwhile. A highly recommended wine tour.
