Initially we were a little bit bummed that only my wife and I were the only two on the tour. We ended up thinking this was GREAT. We got a private tour and ate incredible food. The tour guide was Andrea and we would 100% recommend him. He was so great and knew a ton about both the food and the history. We truly enjoyed this experience and definitely recommend doing this! Our only negative was that there were several 100% gluten free gelato places nearby, but they took us to one that certainly had potential for cross contamination. Other than that, this was a perfect tour.

Thrilled that our guide had an art and history background as well as her food knowledge so we got a cultural immersion in addition to wonderful food. Our guide did a great job of engaging our children in the tour and of making sure the food met our dietary restrictions. Highly recommend going early in your trip so you have places you can return to later!

Maria was an excellent tour guide and the food was delicious. The gluten free options were very tasty. I enjoyed hearing the history about the Jewish ghetto.

Isabel was wonderful and tailored our experience to our needs and interests. We had appetizers at two different restaurants, pizza at a third, then pasta at another. We finished with coffee and gelato. Isabel not only planned the restaurants and meals but also showed us hidden treasures in the area of the Turtle Fountain, the Jewish Ghetto, Piazza Campo de Fiori, and more. She was very considerate and knowledgeable.
