Lack of directions to meeting point. Took us a frenzied 15 mins to finally locate the correct entrance. Once we were inside, the guide was very informative and the VR experience brief but entertaining. However, the experience was nerve wracking due to almost missing our allocated session.
Excellent tour. Working through La Vacanza Travel and paying their premium was the only way we could get tickets, as the official ticket website was sold out. Tour provider was very helpful in sending us tickets via Whats App when we had some minor problems and emailed her.
We were Running late late due to the rain. We tried to contact them to find out where the entrance was. No response.. needless to say we missed the tour. Very disappointed
Extremely interesting and informative tour of what is an amazing excavation of a magnificent palace. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Graphics brought the whole experience to life.
