Fantastic driver, Got to Port early was waiting for us right off the ship. We avoided the long lines at Port and he had us to the airport in less than 45 minutes! Just a fabulous service and would recommend if you have an early flight after your cruise!

Driver was on time and knew where he was going Great trip to the hotel by the airport. Since we were off the ship early I would have scheduled the ride earlier.

When the driver did not show up to take u from the ship port in Rome to the airport, we called and were told he was 15 minutes away. Several calls and far more than an hour later we were told he was in the port. Ten minutes after that the ship arranged a cab at a cost of 200E so we would not miss our flight. Problem: they continuously led us on, making us think the driver was almost to us, jeopardizing our ability to make our flight. And now they refuse to reimburse the fee we paid them. Buyer beware. The company they subbed out to was My Transfers.

Of our hectic time getting off our ship , and next step was returning to the airport , which was miles away via the traffic, La Vacanza Travel was there promptly and delivered all 6 of us to the correct terminal , no problem.
