La Vacanza Travel did not show up at the airport. Our flight was canceled and I could not communicate with La Vacanza Travel to change the reservation. I did send a text, and I did try to call many times—all I got was a beep, beep beep. Even security agents, and handicapped services could not get through to La Vacanza Travel to help me. No one showed up at the airport. I was forced to take a cab.

The flight was slightly delayed and driver didn't show up, marking us as a no show even though he was supposed to track flight. Family with young children left at airport . Refund refused. Useless company that act like thieves. Better to use local taxis which are reliable and much cheaper.

The service was horrible unprofessional: late to pick us up, rude, dirty van, made us walk a long distance. No worth the what we paid.

There was no one meeting us.I ordered you to meet flat az621 lax to Rome . We were due to arrive a little after 313 hrs. before that time the airline called us and informed us that they would be three hours late so will be arriving a little after six. I immediately called your office and they said no one was there right now, but they would take care of it so we get on the plane but no one was there. Then I get an email from your company that I canceled to late. I did not cancel. I just updated the time to the correct arrival time and you’re charging me for something I did not yet I had to rent a taxi to get to my hotel. I was very upset with your service. I would not refer you to anyone.
