ROME’S AIRPORTS FLIGHT MONITORING
Flights are monitored for delays, and late arrivals are accommodated by the first available driver.
UNEXPECTEDLY EARLY FLIGHT ARRIVALS:
Flights that land unexpectedly early are often not announced sufficiently in advance to be accommodated. In such cases, drivers will arrive at the originally booked flight arrival time. In such cases, there are cafes inside the terminal building where you may enjoy a beverage or a snack while you wait for your driver to arrive.
FLIGHT DELAYS:
If your flight is delayed, we will send the first available driver for your late arrival. On busy days, it may not be possible to arrange last minute for a new driver to arrive right when your late flight lands. In such cases, there are cafes inside the terminal building where you may enjoy a beverage or a snack while you wait for your driver to arrive.
LUGGAGE: Please READ the important luggage information BELOW prior to booking.
For 1-2 passengers we provide a standard MERCEDES BENZ SEDAN E CLASS with a maximum luggage capacity of2 suitcases and 2 small carry-on.
If you are bringing extra luggage that would not fit into a sedan truck space, please inform us before to make the reservation that you are requesting a larger vehicle and you will be upgraded to a MINIVAN with an extra charge or add additional passenger to obtain a VAN BOOKING.
For 4-6 passengers we provide a deluxe MERCEDES BENZ VAN V CLASS or VITO that can accommodate up to 6 check-in suitcases and up to 6 small carry-on.
Please advise if your luggage exceeds capacity BEFORE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION as you may require an additional vehicle.
IMPORTANT: Failure to inform us of your exact number of luggage may result in our inability to provide the proper size vehicle to accommodate your luggage, and you might be charged for a 2nd vehicle IF AVAILABLE AT LAST MINUTE.

Description of the service
Arrival and transit Meet and Assist.
The passengers shall be:
Met at aircraft gate or at the entrance of the terminal or after passport control, depending upon aircraft parking, airport infrastructure, origin/destination, regulation, security procedures and services requested;
Assisted through immigration, security and customs.
Escorted to the lounge and subsequently to the gate or aircraft of departing flight (depending upon aircraft parking, airport infrastructure, security procedures and services requested), for transit services.
Escorted to baggage delivery belt for collecting the luggage and subsequently to arranged ground transportation, for arrival services.
Departure Meet and Assist. The passengers shall be:
Met kerbside at an arranged meeting point.
Assisted through check-in, security and passport control.
Escorted to the lounge or shopping and at the appropriate gate or to the aircraft depending upon aircraft parking, airport infrastructure, security procedures and services requested.
