What Can You Expect?

We will pick you up at your address in Rome (let us know it). Your driver will transfer you at the Civitavecchia Cruise port of Rome in the most suitable vehicle for you, it will be a very comfortable and fully air-conditioned vehicle, if you are not more than 3 persons please let us know HOW MANY PIECES OF LUGGAGE you have with you. We have the port access so you will be dropped-off at the cruise ship. We will do our best to guarantee a private transfer, however, in case of overbooking, we reserve the right to carry out shuttle transport.     If you're unable to enter your address, you can provide it to us in a note during the booking process. Important clause for consumer acceptance: For transfers involving 2 passengers, there's a small chance, due to logistical requirements of our company, that the service initially booked for 2 individuals may need to be shared with 2 additional passengers in the same van, only if both bookings are scheduled for the port of Civitavecchia at the same time.     Emanuel was fantastic. Arrived early to pick us up in Rome and got us to the cruise port quickly with no issues. Immaculately clean vehicle and mechanically sound. He spoke English well and was able to explain some of the areas of interest as we drove the road to the port. We liked him so much, we intend to book him for the return to Rome from the port. While there may be less expensive, multi-person transportation options, this private option is stress free, efficient and flawlessly performed. We highly recommend his services.

    We had an excellent experience with our transfer from Rome to Port Civitavecchia. Emanuele text us asking if we would like an earlier pick up which was fantastic because otherwise we would have had an hour to sit around. He was a lovely host, explaining more about Rome. He drove carefully.
