Seeing this was once in a lifetime. It was truly amazing and so historical. Still cannot understand how they were able to construct so many years ago without the tools of today It was extremely crowded in bc the museums

All in all this was a good tour experience. I received several email correspondences prior to the tour one in which was to change the time of the tour. The meeting up could have been better organized as there was a lot of confusion. The head sets were much appreciated to hear the tour guides. It was great not to have to wait in line to enter the exhibits. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and kept the group together despite the business around us. The Colosseum and the Vatican are must see tours.

The Colosseum tour was very insightful and beautiful. Sonia did an amazing job at getting us through some of the Roman forum, palatine hill and Colosseum. She also provided very insightful information. Although it was crowded she ensured that we stayed together and was very willing to answer questions. Our time for the second portion of the tour was delayed, this is something that can happen. The Vatican and Sistine chapel portion was provided by a different tour guide. It Felt a bit rushed. I believe it would have been best to have had that experience first, as we did not enter till 3pm and in order to see saint Peters church we had to get through the Vatican and Sistine chapel rather quickly. Due to the crowds it was difficult to see a lot of items. I believe our tour guide did her best, but I think it would be nice to have a tour that includes Saint Peters church as well. It was all very beautiful but I wish we had more time and more insight for the Vatican, Sistine chapel, and even information regarding Saint Peter’s church.

Two different experiences in one day. The AM was terrible. I had tried three times (via email, text, WhatsApp) to contact the tour company before the day of the tour to confirm the meeting point for the AM Colosseum tour as it was unclear on the site/paperwork. Needless to say, we wound up in the wrong place; told we were now too late to join our tour; left for almost an hour in the 100+ Rome sun only to eventually be told we could pay to reschedule on another day. On the other hand, our afternoon tour of the Vatican went very smoothly and our guide, Patrizio, was engaging, smart and attentive to the fact that the Vatican was crowded and hot. No complaints at all.

We had a tour booked for July 15 at 10 am for the colosseum, Vatican museums and St. Peter’s. They changed the time before we arrived in Italy for 9:20. I informed Gianmarco of this change. I asked him if I should cancel the tour since we wouldn’t make it (I had until the 12th of July to do so) he said to me that he could accommodate us and we could join the 12:30 tour. So we did so. Upon arrival we were not on the list. It was a debacle to say the least. After 20 minutes they allowed us in the group. After the tour of just the colosseum ended we asked about the remainder of the tour only to told that it wasn’t part of the tour. I was furious. I reached out to Gianmarco about a refund and never heard back. We are flying out on Monday and there are no tours on Sunday! I would never use this company again.
