Pick up from Fiumicino was great. We then decided to change our pick up time to return to Fiumicino on the 10th. (earlier than we had originally scheduled). We were unable to reach the Rome vender with the phone numbers we were given. We called the La Vacanza Travel number instead and were helped by La Vacanza Travel assistant, who promised to email the vendor with our change in pick up time. Happily, the vendor/driver was there at the time we requested. The driver was great. And kudos to La Vacanza Travel for helping us.!!!La Vacanza Travel, you do a super job. Thank-you very much.

We requested an english speaking driver. When we were picked up from the airport the road was closed to the hotel that the driver wanted to take. Instead of finding another route, he dropped off us several blocks from the hotel and could not even tell us how to get to the hotel. Return trip was a different driver and was fine.

Stress free service. Will certainly use again. Driver was easily located at arrivals & chatted with us as we strolled pleasurable to his vehicle. We booked a return journey & were picked up at our hotel as planned. First class service.

Booked a private car round trip transfer from Rome (FCO) airport to my hotel on 9/19 and back to FCO from my hotel on 9/21. When we arrived in Rome on 9/19, we went to meeting point 2 and no driver, no signage with my name. We waited 15 minutes& then called & MyTransfers said that the driver was stuck in traffic and wouldn't be there for another 10 min. We waited over a half hour total, when the driver came, he claimed he was not the scheduled driver & was clearly put out. Did not offer to take a bag from us & my husband had to put the bags in the trunk of the car. If I had known that this would have been the case, I would have taken a cab to our hotel instead as it would have been faster & cheaper. Then on our return transfer, the driver was on time however, due to my having to call the day before & email however, it was a small van, not a private car and reeked on cigarette smoke. The drivers for MyTransfer are unpleasant to say the least. No conversation, nothing. Neither part of the transfer was worth the money. Do yourself a favor & save the Euros by taking a cab from FCO, it is a set price of 48 Euros instead of MyTransfer who charges you 60 Euros each way
