The minibus tour begins and ends in Largo del Sant’Uffizio. Visitors must be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. The visit to the Vatican Museums is not included.

We did not get the tour we paid for!! They changed the time of the tour several times, and they tried to charge us extra money several times!! Do not book with them!

Very few tourists stray into the garden of the Vatican. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city of Rome, this tour is just right for you. You should not miss this. The entrance ticket was given by Rome Tour Tickets, it worked very well. The guide showed us the gardens, 2 hours walk through beautiful garden landscape, wonderful fountains and always great views to St. Peter's Basilika and over Rome. After the garden tour you can go directly to the Vatican Museums. An unbelievable treasure of figures, carpets and wall paintings is to be seen (much more than only Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel). The tour is definitely worth it.

What an absolute shambles from beginning to end! I purchased our tickets online. Then I received a message changing our time, bringing it forward from 12 to 10:15. I was told to go to the museum entrance with my new voucher (which I didn’t receive in time) but was turned away and told we had to meet our guide at the steps in front of the entrance. The tour guides on the steps then directed us to the office. We went to the office. Spoke to a girl on the front desk and told her why we were there and she asked us for our tickets. She took a photo and told us our tour was at 10:30 and could we sit and wait and gave us stickers. We questioned the time as we were told 10:15. But she assured us it was right and so we waited. We were met by Marco, and he took us to the museum, but there was more mix up as there were more people being added to constantly and now we had to wait outside for someone bringing more paper work. It eventually arrived and we were now setting off at 11:10. We were shown through the museum and told we were not seeing the gardens but seeing the Sisteen chapel. Not what I wanted as I wanted to see the gardens. (The tour that I paid for) even when we were being taken round. Our tour guide constantly stood in the next visual points to explain, instead of standing to the side to let us look! We done the tour and was completed in a few hours. But within about half an hour of exited the Vatican I was receiving messages from the tour guide company demanding more money as we went on the wrong tour and as a result try yen had to pay for us twice!! I’ve had to block the number as they are blaming me for the mistake. I can’t find a way to complain via La Vacanza Travel.
