Very knowledgable, great time manager, able to tailor tour to our interests. We were able to focus on stonehenge, yet had enough time to stop aat other sites. Very convenient that he picked us up at cruise port.

Laurence's passion, knowledge, and experience uncovered a whole world for our family of five, including three kids under 13. From burial barrows to the Avebury stones and of course, the grand finale, Stonehenge, the details and care that went into crafting the experience were the highlight of our England trip. We will be talking about it for years to come. Even a Great Bustard sighting, what an adventure! Laurence was easy to communicate with and helped us with all our travel arrangements coming from London, setting our minds at ease and making the whole experience seamless. Thank you!

Traveling with my adult children (24 & 22). Both wanted to see Stonehenge. I found this tour, & we were all happy I did. Laurence took us to so many interesting places & explained them so well. My 22 year old does not enjoy history. He did that day, he's been telling all his friends what he learned & saw. My 24 year old LOVES history & geology & she could have spent weeks with Laurence, he had so much knowledge to share. He really did it in such a relatable way, not enough positive words to describe our day with him. Without this tour we would have seen Stonehenge, but all the other locations like Avebury stone circles, wooden formations, white horse carving in the hillside, the adorable cafe for lunch, the Salisbury Cathedral, the Magna Carta and more, we would have missed. We all learned a lot & had so much fun. My kids kept joking as we went around London, if we had Laurence with us maybe we would understand more about the interesting things we were seeing in the city. Fabulous experience, I highly recommend!

We spent the full day with Laurence. He picked us up at train station and off we went to a full day including Stonehenge, Neolithic sites, Avebury and Salisbury Cathedral. If was the most fabulous day!! Laurence is a very attentive tour guide and answered my million questions about the history of the area. We came away with a much cleared picture of what the whole area must have been like in Neolithic Britain. Was the best day of our trip! Laurence rocks!

My sister and I have been planning this tour with Laurence for two years due to COVID. It was well worth the wait !!! We decided on two full days, and that still wasn't enough time. Laurence took us to the following: • Avebury / Avebury Sanctuary • Amesbury Archer burial place • Marden Henge • The Devils Den • Cuckoo Stone • Source of the River Avon • Durrington Walls • Silbury Hill • Woodhenge • West Kennett Long Barrow • Wiltshire Museum • Alexander Keillor Museum • Stonehenge • Mesolithic Post Holes at Stonehenge • Stonehenge - Greater Cursus He was extremely knowledgeable about the archaeological sites and the Wiltshire landscape. Due to the Queen’s passing, we were unable to attend the Stonehenge inner circle access. Laurence was quick to find a bypass road and we were able to view the stones, as well as rearranging the day’s schedule. So we could attend a 96 round gun salute fired by 14 Regiment Royal Artillery at Stonehenge later that afternoon. My sister and I are already planning our next tour with Laurence :)
