Booked this tour yesterday to do with my family today. Ticket advises you to access a website to register but couldn’t get onto the website - didn’t exist; and then when we got to Scarborough had no phone reception so couldn’t access the ticket or any info. To top it off no way of getting money back. So disappointed. Don’t book!

This is the first time I've done a ghost walk without a physical guide and it was brilliant! In fact it was better than being led around as you can stop for a quick pint when you like. The stories were great, really well told and they properly spooked me up. Warning: Don't do it on your own, get a friend to do it with you! Brilliant value.
