Arrived on time, took me straight to the airport, no messing around. Took the toll road to make it faster (all fees included). Great price, great service.

Our flight was changed initially by a day. I sent an update via the booking form of the date but couldn’t update the time. There was no place on the form to do this. I went back into the booking & changed the time in a the information section. I presumed this was ok. At the airport, our flight was delayed another 4 times . I contacted the transfer company via email ( the only contact I had via trip advisor & just said we’d be arriving on the flight number that day - as by this stage- there was no clear indication on arrival time). Now, none of this is the fault of the transfer company but clearly with all the changes, being able to communicate with the company became a little more important. We arrived in Depensar airport & waited an hour for our driver. During that time, I tried calling a number given in my original booking- I just had a voicemail saying there was no one there. I left a message but didn’t get a call back. I also emailed back the confirmation email I received earlier that week to say we has arrived (only other contact information). No response. In the end we had to find & pay for alternative transport. I received a WhatsApp message about 5 hours later that evening from the driver asking where in the airport we were. Clearly the change to time was never received by the transfer company. I tried to explain we already arrived that afternoon but I think my response was lost a little, as he kept asking where in the airport we were. Clearly a lot of things contributed to our missed prepaid, transfer. The one star is for the fact there are no clear contact details provided by the company or a place to submit a change to the collection time along with the date change.

The driver assigned to me was great. He was patient to wait for me as there were some hassles in my trip going to the airport. I highly recommend this trip, and this company. This is worth your money and experience!
