Very seamless transfer out of Bali international airport to our hotel. Driver communicated via WhatsApp and despite a delayed flight was waiting at the front with a placard. No trouble at all.

Entering flight details for pickup etc is confused at best within the TA System but regardless be prepared rot get a message from your driver via Wha's App. And assuming you grab a sim and data on arrival all very easy. Certainly reliable despite some mystery,
