Great experience. the crew was well organized. they gave safety instructions at the beginning. there was enough space and you could go on deck the whole trip. i felt safe and the luggage arrived dry.

I deliberately booked with your company due to its professional system and reviews on safety. After travelling with you I can confirm it is in no way professional and lacks safety. From start to finish the whole thing was chaos. We turned up on time at the central Bali port but we’re left waiting over 1.5hrs with no one informing us what was happening. The boat was delayed by over an hour with no explanation. We had plans the other side which we missed and couldn’t even advise them what was happening as no one from your company communicated. Then on the way back it was exactly the same. Turned up to sama sama for check in and it was chaos, bags everywhere and once again boat delayed but no one told us what was going. The journey was over 4 hours plus the delays on top. Not how we wanted to spend the day. We had arranged a pick up the other end but missed it due to the delays meaning we had to pay Bluewater an additional 170.00idr to get a private transfer. No apology from them or anything! The journey back was awful as we were at the back of the boat and the air con was broken so it was boiling and conditions were rough. It was a complete shambles the whole thing. It was unprofessional and no one communicated what was happening. Contacted the company but rather than taking responsibility they blamed it on an overcrowded dock and too many companies offering this service. Neither of which are my fault. Maybe they should look at their scheduling! Save your money and book with someone else.
