We were lucky to have been recommended Peteris by friends and were not let down. We went on a couple of day trips to all the tourist locations. His skill in driving on Indonesian roads is fantastic and we never felt unsafe. His knowledge of all the restaurants, buildings, history and tourist locations is amazing all delivered in fantastic English. Peteris assisted us when I became really ill and took us to the pharmacy to assist in translating what our requirements were. We used Peteris to transfer between hotels and to take us back to the airport, each time at fantastic rates. We will definitely use Peteris again.

We booked multiple tours with Petris throughout our stay in Bali and every time we were very happy with the service provided. He was always very knowledgeable about the area and put up with all the questions we bombarded him with, would definitely recommend to anyone who is in the area and looking for a tour guide/driver

Highly recommend this full day tour of Ubud! Our guide Wayan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Bali. He was easy to communicate with and provided really excellent service all day. We were a group of five, including 2 adults, 2 kids, and 1 senior and Wayan was very patient with us, answering everyone’s questions. We never felt rushed (and we are slow!) and the whole experience felt very safe and seamless. Wayan’s van is very clean and comfortable and he provided cold water for everyone. He dropped us off and picked us up right at the entrance to every place we went - we felt well taken care of all day. I made a special request for an additional stop at the end of the day at a local bookstore and he was so accommodating. The monkey forest is a lot of fun - follow the instructions (don’t make direct eye contact with monkeys, don’t feed them, don’t panic if they jump on you, etc) and take bug spray! The “poo” coffee place is also fun. It’s worth a try! (Just tastes like very strong coffee with an earthy flavor) and they also provide a sampler of other teas and coffees. Note that the included lunch is at an Indonesian restaurant but they cater to tourists so the food is not spicy (unless you ask for it). You can pay extra if you want to order off the a la carte menu (we ordered ice cream for the kids). The scenery is beautiful, there are clean washrooms, a playground area, and an opportunity to try a forest swing (you have to pay extra for that). The market stop is a great place to buy your souvenirs. You can bargain down to 30-50% of the first price most vendors give you. All in all, especially if you are traveling with family, this is the tour to book. Worth the price for the number of different experiences and the fantastic service!
