Very disappointing- they did not turn up to get and we had to get another ride - then emailed me and said I had to organise the refund

Well where to start.... what a disaster zone. From having to line up 3 times to go thru customs and security x 2 - cause no one person can obviously check passport, boarding pass & vax cert! Then came the woefully sad restaurants (well food hall better describes it) and bars.... no bubbles, cockails or spirits on the menu! The Spa was closed - so no final massages, the shopping restricted an even worse the Priority Lounge was not open! All this midday on a Sunday! The World has been up and travelling for 4 months now - time to sort your service out!

Driver was punctual and waiting outside in arrivals. Spoke excellent English. Only issue was booking as I had a choice of area which had nothing to do with the terminal #s. Wish it was clearer at booking. Happy to pay the supplement as it was communicated clearly and in advance.

We booked airport transfer through Marriott Bonvoy and it was contracted with this company. The car was very clean, great air, and the driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to utilize this service to get from the airport to the resort areas.
