For P/H ( Port to Hotel)
The driver will meet you at the pick up area of arrival hall with your name tab. The free waiting time is 2 hours. Then the driver will take you to the hotel. You need to provide the pick-up name, pick-up time, name of ship and drop-off address when you book the transfer service.

For H/P ( Hotel to Port)
The driver will wait for you in hotel lobby with your name tab. You need to provide the pick-up time, pick-up name and name of ship when you book the transfer service.

Please note the price is for single trip share transfer, not for round trip. For Port to Hotel: meet at the arrivals hall of port. For Hotel to Port: meet at the hotel lobby.
