What Can You Expect?

After you are picked-up from your hotel, transfer to a boat docked on the Red Sea. Cruise out to Tiran Island to uncover the underwater treasures of the reefs and beaches. Grab a snorkel and explore an alien habitat beneath the waves as you marvel at the colors and variety of the sea life. Relax with a delicious lunch, freshly prepared and served on board. Just off the shores of sharm El Sheikh lies Tiran Island, a protected area of the Red Sea with pristine beaches, coral reefs, and warm lagoons. This is an excellent boat trip excursion. What it isn't is a trip to Tiran Island. You go near the island and snorkel (and in our case dived) in three separate locations near the island, but be clear, you do not set foot on a beach - despite the confirmation from La Vacanza Travel that I got (see screenshot of conversation with advisor). It is a great value boat trip, although the two snorkels that we had provided by the company both had faulty non-return valves, rendering them effectively useless to us. I would strongly recommend taking your own. If you want a very nice boat trip and a very nice day out for a very reasonable fee this is a great option, but just be aware of what you are actually getting.

I liked the tour a lot. Friendly team and beautiful reefs. The thing I liked most with the tour is that it was not overcrowded with boats and noise like it is on Ras Mohammed.

Had a great boat trip. 3 snorkeling stops. Lunch was lovely and even had seconds 🤗. Abdullah was fantastic with helping me snorkel as i cant swim. All in all great trip and lovely clean boat

This was a brilliant trip, there are 3 opportunities to snorkel but take your own gear as non was available on board as advertised.Pivkup was prompt but then once at the harbour there was some waiting around for other people to arrive. Had the opportunity to scuba dive for a further charge of £30 UK which we took up. Wow what an experience. Lunch was good ample and tasty. Scenery is beautiful. As with all the La Vacanza Travel tours we have done organisation was exceptional.
