Had an amazing experience with Sandro. We visited Favignana and Levanzo, it was truly fun! He explained to us some interesting facts about it too! Managed to eat good local food too shown by him! Would definitely recommend for a trip here!

This is a straightforward tour. Our Tourist Lines skipper didn't have to do much - get clients onto a motor boat; cruise out to two islands with a few stopovers for swims and a break for lunch; bring them back. He's doing exactly the same as several other companies located on the same stretch of harbour at Trapani, which is packed with tourists even at the end of September. So he and his competitors have a captive audience, and in my opinion it shows in the poor level of service that we received. When my wife and I arrived we couldn't find a parking space, so he suggested we just drive around the side streets and keep looking. Still no spaces. There was in fact a free car park at a breakwater 5 mins' walk away, but we only found that out from an American couple doing the same tour as us. The tour company says on its website that it provides snorkels during the swim stopovers - it doesn't - and the advertised food and drink en route could barely be classed as snacks - a few grapes, a chickpea fritter and one bottle of prosecco between 10 of us. At one of the swim stops we encountered jellyfish, news he greeted with a shrug, and he didn't seem at all bothered when one of the Americans got stung, which brought up huge welts on her leg. Fortunately we'd brought some antihistamines along. He'd also bigged up a restaurant on Favignana, where we went for lunch on his recommendation with the promise of a 15% discount off the bill. The food was the worst and the most expensive we had during our 10-day stay on Sicily, and the discount turned out to be only 8%. The islands are beautiful and the water is clear. This is an easy way of experiencing them, and Tourist Lines charge the same for their tour as the other companies do. But for 75 euros per person for what amounts to little more than a glorified taxi service, we still felt ripped off.

Our trip was so amazing, from start to finish. Sandros ensured our group had a most fantastic time. The weather was beautiful and the group my sister and I were lucky enough to be on this excursion with all had a blast. I would 100% recommend using Tourist Lines if you are thinking of exploring the Egadi Islands. Thank you for a great day!

Amazing trip! We enjoyd snorkling the most! Nice captain. About 6 swimming stops in the sea and one stop in the island Favigiana to have lunch. One thing we did not like was that we had to wait 30min for two late girls, who booked also this trip.
