Very good you can see everything at the city and walk to visit what ever you want from the stops. If you go there by cruise you can walk to the first stop

The bus service was fine but not a lot to see that you can't see by walking. And don't bother getting off at the botanic gardens or Villa Guilia. The gardens are a disgrace, full of weeds.

The bus stop was right outside the cruise port,and as there were 2 cruise ships in that morning,we had about a 20 minute wait for our single decker tour bus,We had a very nice and friendly young lady as a semi tour guide,as where to get off if we wanted to,we stayed on for the whole trip,as it was so interesting,Palermo was everything I expected,very very busy traffic,car horns going off all the time,some people may not like this,but I did,as this is how the city is every day,We passed some amazing beautiful old buildings in all types of architecture styles,So I would recommend going on this hop-On-Hop Bus Tour
