I paid for a FULL day at Pamukkale, but your tour guide decided to take us to a number of other places we didn't want to go to, so we ended up having just over 2.5hrs at a place we needed a minimum of 6 hours to enjoy, also the food we received at each stop was inedible, we were served chicken which was grey in colour, myself and my partner both ended up with food poisoning. We are both very unhappy with our experience and we would like a full apology from the tour guide and if possible a refund,, I have used La Vacanza Travel before and haven't had a problem with them until now. Please rectify this ASAP.

It was a long day (20 hours) but worth it to see Pamukkale, Hierpolis and St Phillips grave. Definitely worth visiting

Overpriced for what it is and you are prisoner once you have enjoyed the actual tour you paid for. Everything else is to waste your time and money. There is no flexibility and they don’t care about their customers, it was the worst day of our holiday. Once you view the main attractions you become a prisoner, to tourist traps. The hot springs and the Hierapolis were amazing, however we were only given 4 hours to explore this. We were picked up at 4:50am from my hotel in Side and got dropped off at 11:30pm! This is a very long day, with lots of tourist trap stops. If you have children please avoid! We stopped 5-6 times, wasted 30 minutes each time minimum. The tour was organised horribly with everyone from Alanya, Antalya and Side all one coach. Some people were picked up at 2:20am. The food wasn’t great, I have attached a picture of lunch and dinner was even worse. The tour guide was okay but not time conscious. If you want an efficient tour please avoid and do not book! The pictures were beautiful but we spent a lot of time on the road or dropped off at wine, onyx, tea tourist traps. You will be drained and irate at the end of it. Drinks are always extra! The driver had a small accident with the curb in the morning, while we were on the bus and they didn’t communicate that everything was ok, with the bus.

The activity was perfect! Very nice guide Can who gave us very useful information. The driver was very fast and we needed less than 4 hours from Side to Pamukkale. Perfect day with Metin Tours.

Great Tour with great guide mr Tomasz, lots of free time to swim in the Cleopatra's pool and photos of Pamukkale, lots of interesting information about the region and Turkey itself, I definitely recommend!
