Itinerary
Dress comfortably. Have a shawl or blanket ready if you're prone to cold. You will need to lie down on a mat, sofa, bed, massage table, etc. All you have to do is rest, relax, and be open and receptive to the healing. You can even drift off to sleep during the session. I'll start by scanning your energy and chakras, inform you of what I pick up, and then dive straight into the healing proper.
