Commemorate the fight of brave men and women during World War II in Malaya and Singapore, and the trials and tribulations of their subsequent internment. Turn back the clock in Changi, once the site of many prisoner-of-war camps during the Japanese Occupation, the nexus of much pain and suffering, where life lay on a knife’s edge. It is said that more Australian PoWs perished from incarceration than in battle itself.

With a view of the Straits of Johor, appreciate the Singapore defence strategy while at Changi Boardwalk. Discover a slice of old Singapore at the quaint Changi Village and learn about its role in the war.

Then, take in the solemn sights of Kranji War Cemetery, the final resting place of thousands who perished in Malaya and Singapore. Hear their stories of bravery and commitment, and be inspired by the power of the human spirit.

Excellent tour. Our guide Carol was very informative and entertaining. We enjoyed the whole afternoon. I would recommend this tour to anyone young and old. We would do the tour again when the Changi Museum is reopened. It was a very warm day but we were very comfortable in the coach between locations.

Carol was a great guide despite having to work around a Changi museum that's closed for restoration. She shared some interesting personal stories, offered water, snacks, and was mindful of the heat. Great look at what happened in the occupied parts of the Pacific during the war.

Joanne was a fantastic guide who gave a great commentary and the tour was personalised and gave great value for money. I will certainly be doing more tours with this company next time I am in a Singapore. Joanne couldn’t do enough for our small group- it was a memorable four hours and she made sure I got out to Changi airport on time!!! What more can I say! Thank you so much!
