Very beautiful display and cool inside. You could spend a fair amount of time discovering the area and taking pictures. The views were beautiful, the experience was great and I waited till night to see the display. The burst of colours was impressive, I quite liked it.

Fantastic day out. Both domes were welcomingly cooler inside. Flower dome dahlia display coming to an end so probably past its best, but nevertheless still very lovely. Cloud Forest was terrific.

Quick redemption ticket process and amazing experience. I would definitely recommend doing the combo to make it worth your while.

Do not do business with this tour company. Before our trip, I paid City Tours for tickets to Cloud Forest & Flower Dome. In return, City Tours emailed a voucher which read, “ Please present this La Vacanza Travel voucher at the redemption point to receive your entry ticket.”. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the ticket office at 9:00 a.m. when the venue opened (to beat the crowds since it was the weekend) the ticket agent said she couldn’t accept the voucher because it was missing a QR code. So I had to purchase a new set of tickets directly from the Gardens by the Bay ticket office in order to get in. I obviously was furious with City Tours for not sending a usable voucher. Once inside the Flower Dome- I decided to contact La Vacanza Travel to ask for my money back. After this complaint- and after I spent money on a second set of tickets- did City Tours send me a voucher with a QR code. But by this time it was too late. I have asked for a refund from La Vacanza Travel- but La Vacanza Travel said that they needed to get the refund from City Tours. It has been over four days and I still have not seen a refund. If there is a way to report City Tours to Singapore officials, I will.
