Friendly driver and prompt response from the travel agent. I had some issues with the 4D passes and she solved it immediately for me. The tour guide on the Sentosa Bus Island Trip was so lovely and filled with knowledge about Sentosa. She was amazing and a pleasure to have as our tour guide on the day. She recommended so many things to do and was so helpful! Highly recommend this trip, and one thing to note your cable sky-pass entitles you to have both cable rides on MT Fabier and Sentosa and back!

From the cable cars to the bus tour it was a wonderful day fully recommend this tour the bus guide was great showed us all around the island and was very informative and friendly

Well organized and friendly. Our guide was informative and easy to understand. We had a great day. He all gave us intructions on how to get back using public transport which we did.

This is the first time we were very disappointed with a La Vacanza Travel offered activity. First ... we only found out after payment that the cost of the tour was in US dollars. Second ... The advertising did not match the reality. We thought we were on a guided tour. In reality we were collected from our hotel as organised but then the driver had no idea of what we were to do when dropped off on Sentosa Island. We arrived on the island before 9am and nothing opened until 10am ... a wasted hour with no indication of what we should or could be doing. We did have a guide for a 2 hour bus tour (a product sold at the Sentosa Ticketing office) and thankfully he then explained what we might do after the bus tour. Advertising indicated we would travel to Sentosa by cablecar ... we were not told the Mt Faber Cablecar was closed for maintenance. This tour is called "Morning Adventures @ Sentosa" but the 4D Adventureland activity we paid for did not open until midday ... we had a plane to catch which is why we took a "morning" tour, so we could not do the 4D Adventure. There was a lack of information that left us very frustrated and thinking we had paid way too much money for a tour we could have organised ourself at much less cost. We would strongly recommend La Vacanza Travel question the tour provider both around pricing and description of the tour.
