This was a good trip to take, well organised by the Zoo. However it would have helped if the driver of the bus had told us that we had to verify our tickets and where to go to verify our tickets as we left the bus, everyone was wandering around not knowing where or what to do next.. More information would have been great.

This was probably the worst experience of our Singapore holiday.
We had to get the 7.30pm transfer bus, as we had other things on earlier in the day. This was a mistake but this was too late a departure and should not have been on offer. We arrived at the Zoo around 8.15pm and had to get in the line with hundreds, and hundreds and hundreds of other people for the 9.15pm admission time. Once we got in we could get on the tram but the same hundreds, and hundreds of people were in this line, plus those from the earlier admissions groups. The last bus left at 10.30am (for the transfer we were with) and this meant we had to try and see the zoon from 9.15pm to 10.15pm in order to catch the bus. The Tram ride is 40 mins and the line meant this was not possible. So we had to walk (quickly) around the zoo. We could not see hardly any of the animals and was a complete waste of money for such a rated activity.
It was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this to others and I would not do it again.
If you want to see the zoo then do so during the day or arrange to arrive by 6.30pm at the zoo.
