Our transfer was great — on-time, pleasant and efficient. The driver contacted us ahead of time with all the details. When they made a last minute change of driver, they communicated the change clearly and it was no problem. The driver had a hard time finding our hotel entrance and we ended up being dropped off in the car park of an adjacent shopping mall, but it was very easy to find the hotel from there.

The transfer provider was easy to communicate with prior to collection and confirmed pick up, and was on time. The driver did say he had a sore arm and got the men to load all the bags in and out of the van. He wasn’t very talkative to provide any further local knowledge, unless he was specifically asked a question. A good professional experience, just not as fun and friendly as other transfer options.
