I arrived 10 minutes early at the Telok Ayer Station and no one was there. 15 minutes later, I contacted the tour office phone number for this particular business provided by La Vacanza Travel. I got an initial text message asking what the issue was, and it was the middle of the early morning. Apparently the office was somewhere in Europe and the tour operator was sleeping in a totally different time zone. After telling them I didn't see anyone, they were negligent in responding. Sadly, I lost a morning of my trip and they had no decency to even apologize or make it right (outside of the La Vacanza Travel refund).

Der Guide ist einfach nicht gekommen. Die Buchung war bestätigt aber keine war am Ort. Es gab nur eine Num aus England und unter der Num ist niemand erreichbar.
