You’ll set off on a jaunt around Chinatown where you’ll find some of the best street food in Singapore. Aside from the Chinatown Food Complex, where you can taste Michelin starred street food, you’ll find such delights as poh piah (fresh spring roll) and chwee kueh (water rice cake). Maybe it’ll be the food which lulls you into a coma, or maybe it’s the swaying lanterns and billowing smoke screens, who can say. From here, you’ll walk to a traditional wet market where you can see live seafood and try to decipher all manner of ingredients.
Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Adam is personable and eager to show a visitor an array of typically Singapore foods. He did not watch the clock and cheerfully went over the allotted time in order to get another taste of two before returning to the hotel. He also imparts interesting information about Singapore’s rich history.

Our guild was Teng who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the experience apart from a few showers of rain. All the food was very nice and locally sourced, places we would never of found thank you Teng.

Our Singapore Street Food Tour was amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could. I’ve taken several tours around the world, and this was the first time I’ve been provided a questionnaire to complete beforehand. Our tour was truly crafted for us. Wahida was a true professional. Our tour included the perfect mix of food, history, culture, street art and laughter. Wahida is warm, kind, welcoming and has an incredible quick wit. And did I mention professional? The large topography map towards the end of the tour put Singapore visually into perspective for us, and Wahida’s use of a laser pointer allowed her to show us the diversity of the city and areas we should try to visit. I highly recommend this tour. I know you will be just as thrilled as me.

Cheryl was amazing! So kind & patient as we navigated the MTS & the Hawkers Centers. She was so accommodating and treated us like royality. She really knew the food & culture of Singapore, she truly gave us the best experience.

The food and different types of food was great to try. And a great variety. Nothing too adventurous. Didn’t like the ice dessert at the end though. Think Jon was disappointed. Very interesting and informative. Jon was wonderful.
