Excellent booking and communication. We purchased our tickets at the airport kiosk, which gave us a discount, but I see you can also get discounts through on-line booking. Lovely Pamela, our tour guide engaged us in a lively tour of China Town. The pace was good, she was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with in English. We loved the 'Streets Alive' concept with both the VR headsets and the characters who entertained us. Be prepared for a pleasant surprise or two and to come away feeling uplifted!! Oh, and the coffee is excellent!

Definitely the most innovative walking tour that I have been on. Many surprises along the way via the smart marriage of virtual reality, performance and storytelling. Highly entertaining good value.

As a born and breed local, the tour further reiterated our heritage and Chinese roots. Information and history shared during the tour are insightful and not taught in schools. VR and performance are out of the norm and performances are interactive and humorous. Would definitely recommend this tour to locals and tourist alike!

Highly recommend this interactive walking tour for anyone looking for a unique experience around Chinatown. The tour guide, Karen, was fantastic - she patiently explained the cultural history of the area and related back to the present times. She was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. VR experience added a unique flavor to the experience - brilliant idea. VR quality (volume level + actual video) could be further refined as a bit unclear. The best part of the tour were the added 'live characters' we met along the way - they really brought the entire experience to life and made this memorable! Very well done and looking forward to further editions of this tour!
