Overview

Our mini limo-bus, "Ally", is a 13 seater mini bus. It can comfortably seat up to 9 passengers with full load baggage capacity.

With its retro-fitted features; on board entertainment with surround sound system and comfy VIP seats set in a cozy ambience, you will get to enjoy a business class ride to your destination.

Your safety is our priority and we will always drive safely. We are committed to deliver a promising ride just like how we want it to be when we are oversea.

What Can You Expect?

Before Arrival:
- We will get in touch with you on WhatsApp.
- If you do not have WhatsApp, do download it and drop us a text at the number listed on the voucher
(This is extremely important as it helps us to stay in touch especially on the day of your arrival.)

On the day of your arrival,
1) There will be a complimentary grace period of 60 minutes waiting time after your plane have landed into Singapore Changi Airport.

- In the event that you are held up at the custom, please call us so that we can make arrangement to wait for you.

- Waiting time charges is only applicable after the grace period.

3) Our friendly captain will be at the exit waiting to receive you and your travel mates.

4) He will be holding on to a signage with the lead traveler's name on it.

5) Upon receiving you and your travel mates, he will bring you to our Limo Bus, “Ally”.

6) Do feel free to ask him for help if you need assistance with your luggage while walking to “Ally”.

7) He will load your luggage into “Ally”. Please help to ensure that the number of luggage is correct.

8) When you are on board our Limo-Bus, "Ally", feel free to ask our "captain" anything you want to know about Singapore! He is definitely more than happy to share his experiences!

*Waiting time charges:
- Airport Arrival
There will be a grace period of 60 minutes from the confirmed flight landing time. Thereafter, a waiting time charge will be implemented.

In the event that you are uncontactable 90 minutes after the confirmed flight landing time, we will consider as "NO SHOW" and our driver will leave the Airport in regrets. ☹ There will be no refund for "NO SHOW"

Thus, please kindly help to ensure that you have provided us with a valid contact number that we can reach out to when you are in Singapore.

    The team went above and beyond - best greeting to Singapore ever! We have a group of 6, on 2 flights and when there was delayed flights and entry delays not only did they wait patiently, they kept in communication and did a pickup from 2 terminals seamlessly which was never the plan! They listened to our plans and gave us valuable insight into Singapore on our ride and then actually sent local tips to help finalise our Hawker Centres plans - above and beyond! First class service, ride, professionalism totally recommend. Will now book the rest of our Singapore (4) transfers with Sing and the team🙏🏼❤️

    Simply outstanding. The best transfer experience we have ever, ever experienced. Alan provided the round trip transfer in our time in Singapore. Even before arrival, we were sent detailed instructions for the visitor arrival card process and clear instructions on the arrival meeting point. We were met by Alan at the exit gate, who is one of the nicest guys we have ever met. He provided amazing information on our trip to the hotel, even at 04:30AM in the morning. The vehicle was superb and the communications with Amy was outstanding. During our trip we even asked for advice and were recommended certain routes. Alan subsequently picked us up and returned us to the Airport, which again was a flawless experience. As a complete surprise, we were provided lovely photographs from our arrival, which was a lovely touch at the end of trip. A massive, massive thank you for making our trip such a warm and memorable experience. This company is the only firm we would use if we came back to Singapore. These guys are amazing and highly, highly recommended - Thank you Alan & Amy!!!

    Alan our driver was extremely polite and informative. If we had required further services, we would have booked so right away. He made the trip from the airport to the hotel feel seemless and the way he followed up with recommendations for Singapore via WhatsApp was amazing. We used them all.
