We got it right! The snow is here and we had the chance to experience this great private tour. The guides were very professional and we got all the equipment. The communication if great
We had a magical snowy, cloudy outdoor adventure on a lower level of Mt Vitosha. We weren't able to snowshoe at higher elevation due to weather, but we were offered a guided hike instead. Overall, our hike was of moderate intensity, and for 2.5 hours. The tour guides were kind and generated a little conversation on the hike. I'd recommend serious winter weather/outdoor gear including shoes with grip. Lots of rocks and steep inclines. If you are not experienced with hiking and navigation, this would be a good trip for you.
Great day out at Mt Vitosha. Was originally supposed to snowshoe but the snow wasnt thick enough, so the administrator, Vristo, helped change it to a small day hike which was amazing! Apart from fast replies, the customer service team also speaks english (which makes communication and planning much easier), and is also very helpful.had a great guide as well. Kudos to the team, with a special shoutout to Vristo :)
We strongly recommend this tour for nature lovers and those with a little adventure attitude. We enjoyed the first snow in December on snowshoes in Vitosha, our guide Todor was fantastic, the weather was great, the views and the scenery breathtaking! The whole itinerary from the pick up from our hotel, through the itinerary and back was amazing! Great stuff as part of our 4 month trip of get to know Bulgaria.
