Everything turned out good. The driver got us to the airport on time and did a great job getting us there. Having said that, “managing” this transfer was the most stressful part of our 2 1/2 month cruise vacation. When I booked this airport transfer, I had to put in the location of the cruise terminal and what time you want to be picked up. Makes sense. However, I was very concerned that our ship would dock at a different pier than originally planned and I needed to know what the latest time I needed to get off the ship and still make our flight. (It’s not unusual for a ship tongue up to a different pier and terminal than planned and you don’t find out until the morning you arrive in port) I tried contacting the tour operator on numerous occasions to work out the logistics of how we contact each other on the morning we disembark from our ship…no responses. I tried calling and leaving messages, emailing, and texting. I finally was able to contact them through La Vacanza Travel and finally got a short message from them a couple of days before the trip. I could go on with more details but suffice it to say, because of their lack of communication, I will be less apt to go with this company in the future.

Waiting for the driver for an hour and them never showing. Nearly missing our flight, by minutes, and our bags never made it as a result.
