I want to thank Alexei and Ilenia for taking me to Moscow and showing me the Kremlin and Red Square. They were very professional and did a great job. My only complaint was that I wished I had stayed longer to see more of the city. Highly recommended.

Our tour operator, Maxibalt Tours was excellent. Alexei was very professional and made sure that me and my husband are well taken cared of from Saint Petersburg to Moscow. Our tour guide in Moscow, Anna was beyond excellent. We felt really safe and confident the whole Moscow tour. She’s very knowledgeable of Russian history and went out of her way assisting us with food choices, taking pictures and making sure that we get into our train without any problem. I highly recommend Maxibalt Tours!

This was a fabulous excursion and I highly recommend if you visit Russia, it is a must. The private tour allowed us to leave later than the cruise groups. We covered more in less time. The tour company that La Vacanza Travel set it up with (MaxiBalt Tours) was fantastic. They texted and called me the night before as I requested La Vacanza Travel to allow. We confirmed our meeting time and location. They picked me up at the terminal by van and excorted us to our seat on train. As we got off train, our guide was waiting for us with a sign. OUr tour guide was super! All spoke very good English and the tour of all they key sites were fabulous. This was the highlight of my husband and I's Viking Cruise.

My wife an I were reluctant to go on an all day tour because of the 4 hour train trips each way between St. Petersburg and Moscow. Our cruise ship offered a similar tour that cost 50% more than MaxiBaltTours with no cancellation refund. MaxiBaltTours had good reviews and a one day cancellation refund policy so we signed up with them. We are so happy we didn't change our minds because the whole day was wonderful. Alexei drove us to the train station, told us exactly where he would be when we returned and walked us to our train car. We met Natasha at the Moscow train station and the three of us went on a very informative tour of Moscow. Thanks to Natasha, we rubbed worn parts of some statues in the subway stations for good luck just like the Moscovites do. Natasha paced the tour to what we were interested in and her vast knowledge of Moscow and its people added so much to our appreciation of Moscow. We enjoyed lunch at a reasonably priced upscale restaurant across the street from the Bolshoi Theater. Moscow is an absolutely beautiful must see city and we are so glad we toured it with MaxiBaltTours. Alexei was waiting for us in St. Petersburg and he even took us on a late night tour of some lively night spots in St. Petersburg before we returned to the ship. We highly recommend MaxiBaltTours.
