Itinerary
Day 1: Depart Cape Town at 8am and travel to Worcester. From Worcester join the R62 Wine Route.
Stop At: R 62 nel Klein Karoo, Klein Karoo, Montagu 6720 South Africa
Route 62 in South Africa is considered to be the longest wine route in the world. Traveling along the R62 Wine Route in South Africa is a fantastic way to explore some of the country's most picturesque landscapes and sample delicious wines. The R62 Wine Route runs through the Western Cape and is known for its charming towns, vineyards, and stunning scenery. From Worcester we pass through Robertson, Montagu, Barrydale, and Oudtshoorn amoung others. We make stops to taste wine along the way and will stop at one of these towns for lunch.

From Oudtshoorn we travel towards George passing the Outeniqua Pass on the way. The Outeniqua Pass is 13km long. The Outeniqua Pass is not only a crucial transportation link but also a picturesque part of the Garden Route that offers travelers a chance to appreciate the natural beauty of South Africa's Western Cape region.

Stop At: Wilderness, Wilderness, Western Cape
From the Outeniqua Pass we drive pass George and reach Wilderness a short distance away. We do a brief tour of Wilderness. Wilderness might be a small village but the breath-taking scenery of forests, lakes, mountains and coastline makes it feel like an endless paradise, as it is renowned for its wide open beaches and beautiful lagoon system. Situated between George and Sedgefield, Wilderness has "that holiday feeling" all-year-round.

From Wilderness we travel a short distance to Knysna where we spend the night. Knysna is a place of natural beauty and a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, nature lovers, and those seeking a tranquil coastal experience in South Africa.

Day 2: After breakfast we visit the Knysna Heads and many other attractions in the area..

Robberg Nature Reserve, certainly one of the best in South Africa, is known for its stunning coastal landscapes, diverse wildlife, and a variety of outdoor activities. In Robberg Nature Reserve we do hiking.

From Robberg Nature Reserve we go to Plettenberg Bay. Here we visit one of the popular beaches. Plettenberg Bay is a fantastic destination for nature lovers, adventure seekers, and those looking for a relaxing coastal getaway. Its stunning landscapes and outdoor activities make it a must-visit location for anyone exploring the Garden Route in South Africa.
From Plettenberg Bay we return to Knysna for a relaxed afternoon and for the night.

Day 3: Day 3 is spent at Addo Elephant National Park and Bloukrans
Stop At: Addo Elephant National Park, Addo Elephant National Park, Greater Addo, Eastern Cape
At Addo National Park we do a game drive for about 4 hours seeing a lot of different animals, elephants, zebra, lion, kudu, antelope and many more. The park is renowned for its diverse wildlife and, as the name suggests, it is a sanctuary for African elephants.

Stop At: Bloukrans Bridge, N2, Tsitsikamma National Park South Africa
From Addo Elephant National Park we proceed to the world highest bungy jump spot, the Bloukrans Bridge at 216m. Here those daring enough can do the bungy jump - optional extra $70-00. From Bloukrans Bridge we go back to Knysna for the night.

Day 4: After breakfast we go to the Garden of Eden for hiking.

Garden of Eden is a beautiful hiking place with lots of stops and forests. It is a little paradise.

From Garden of Eden we go to Waterfront Quays Knysna. The quays feature a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. Day 5: We depart from Knysna after breakfast and head off to Alguhas passing through Swellendam

We stop over for a brief tour of Swellendam. Swellendam is a picturesque town in the Western Cape province of South Africa, known for its historic charm, natural beauty, and outdoor recreational opportunities.

From Swellendam we drive to Alguhas. We do a brief tour of Agulhas and possibly have lunch here. This is the southernmost point of Africa, located in South Africa. It is where the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean meet. Cape Agulhas is known for its rugged coastline and is a popular tourist destination.

Stop At: Hermanus, Hermanus, Overstrand, Overberg District, Western Cape
From Agulhas we proceed to Hermanus where we spend the night. Hermanus is a popular destination for tourists, especially during the whale-watching season. Its natural beauty, coastal charm, and cultural attractions make it a great place to explore along the Western Cape's Garden Route.

Day 6: After breakfast we do a tour of Hermanus, then proceed to Benguela Cove Wine Estate

At Benguela Cove Wine Estate we do wine tasting of 5 different wines. This is a top wine estate considered one of the top 100 wine producers in the world.

Stop At: Betty's Bay, Betty's Bay, Overberg District, Western Cape
From Benguela Wine Estate we proceed to Betty's Bay to see the endangered African Penguins. This is quite a spactacle as we get to see Penguins from very close.
From Betty's Bay we travel on the scenic Whale Coast Route arriving back in Cape Town at late afternoon around 6pm.
