This tour offers a rare (for tourists anyway) insight into the relationship between Australia's Aboriginal people and the land. Our guide Ebony led us through the Botanic Garden discussing the traditional uses of various plants. We were able to taste and smell many of these, and enjoyed a lovely damper and fingerlime jam at the end of the tour. At the same time, Ebony gave us a fantastic insight into the spiritual relationship between the Aboriginal people and the natural world that surrounds them. The tour was fascinating throughout and made all of the participants in our party want to learn more about Aboriginal culture. A huge thanks to Ebony who took the time to share her knowledge and experiences with us!

First, the park is not very well accessible for walkers. The tour started out ok but I didn't find that we covered the I formation I was expecting to hear. The first half hour was fine. Would think twice if you have a walker or wheelchair.
