Once you have collected your baggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Then go directly up to Level 2 (Second Floor). (We suggest you to take either the escalators or the elevator on the right t) Meet your driver at EXIT 21... Your Driver will wait a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes after the plane touch down time. If you are experiencing a delay to come out of the customs, or not finding your driver please call our 24/7 phone line.

    Driver messaged us when we landed and advised us where to go. He was waiting where he advised and was courteous and efficient. Transfer to Jerusalem was quick. Transfer was expensive however we travelled with a lot of luggage and small children so this was convenient and made the end of a long journey easy.
