We had a great time. The booking process with Bali Sun Tours was pain free, our driver Gede was skilful and friendly and the rafting itself was a lot of fun- a fantastic return on very little physical investment! (Apart from the 400 steps down to the river!). Our rafting guides were funny, very competent, and even found some durian that we got stuck into at the end!

Rafting was just fine when compared to the last Rafting I did in Rishikesh, India. But the rafting company and their staff and their services were just amazing. And Ayung River's views are breathtaking. A must activity if you're in Ubud.

It was great fun. The location is Ubud. The facility was clean and new, with plenty of shower booths for him. Meals were not included, but meals were actually provided after the rafting. It wasn't delicious, but the service was great. Staff waiting at various points along the river take photos and videos that you can purchase on your way home, but the prices were tourists price. The river is suitable for beginners. It's rough enough to be enjoyable without being too nerve-wracking. All the staff were very kind, gentle and made me feel comfortable.
