Overview

Following a cooking course will provide a different holiday experience. You will learn about various things through cooking classes Bali. For those of you who like to cook and want to try cooking some Balinese recipes, you can take part in a cooking class

Adventure unlocking the secrets of authentic Balinese cooking.
From the use of local ingredients, to traditional preparation methods, the whole experience is run in a modern and fully equipped community village kitchen.

If you opt for the morning class, your day starts early at the Ubud markets, where you can pick from fresh herbs & spices, crisp vegetables and choice cuts of meat, before heading off on guided ‘padi’ expeditions.

Upon your return to Laplapan village, you will be warmly welcomed and expertly guided by your host, who will help you to discover how to create your very own delicious authentic Balinese dishes.

The afternoon class does not include the market shopping.

The cooking class itself is semi hands on and provides plenty of teaching methods. More satisfyingly though, it provides a wonderful meal to share with everyone at the end. Team building exercise as well as a sensation of tastes and new flavours for the palate.
