Our guide Made was very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. The hike was not easy but he assisted us with care and thought. Amazing views n definitely worth it!

Great experience trekking up Mount Batur. Murtana our driver picked us up at 2.30am and was our driver for the whole day. He did a great job. When we arrived we met our trekking guide, Putu who would lead us up and down the climb. It is a short 7km return hike but quite challenging in places. Putu was very knowledgeable and made sure we were all OK with the pace etc. We then Met with out driver again and went to the hot springs which were great for the muscles after a long hike!

To put you in perspective i want to tell you that i was traveling solo, and i did not miss as much other people due to great company of driver Ajigk. But peak of the trip is of course complete trip to Summit point with something truly amazing for your eyes to see. Enjoy the moment and just simply fully soak one of the most spectacular things available on Bali. Special thanks to my guide Katuk that made this trip so much enjoyable. Took extra mile without any second of thinking about himself, just to make someone happy. I’m so grateful that i took this trip

The tour company was very disorganized, the hike was terrible and very crowded, and the breakfast was ok. We had to pay extra fees over what we had already paid online. Not a great experience.

We opted for this tour on recommendation of our agent. Wow amazing experience with good and patient guides. But be warned you do need a reasonable level of fitness to do this tour. It’s up mountain from the start and boy it gets tough with mixed varied ground underfoot most of which has a steep gradient. It did get a little crowed at the top too. Expect it to take the same time going down as going up. Take a hat and invest in some good walking shoes with good grip.
