What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

Pick up at your hotel between 01.30 am to 02.30 am depending on your hotel location. Heading directly to base point of Mount Batur. Get short introduction from your local guide, equipped you with flash light, trekking pole and water bottle. Begin the hike approximately at 03.30 am through the darkness lit by flash light.

It takes about two hours to reach the summit of Mount Batur. Once arrive at the top your guide will provide breakfast and hot drink while you watching the sunrise. After sometime walking around the crater before descending mountain. Allow your body to relax at Batur natural hot spring after long hike (if package selected).

Huge thanks to Nick for such a comfortable experience throughout the trek! He was very knowledgeable & aware of the surroundings! He was well planned & on time to take us to the top of the mountain for the sunrise! He ensured that we are comfortable and took small breaks in between to give us time! He provided coffee & small breakfast when we reached at the top. He even helped me to trek when the path was difficult & on inclined slopes! He took very good pictures of us :) Overall, it was a very good experience with him. I highly recommend Nick if anyone would want to do sunrise trekking to Mount Batur.

We are happy that we booked this tour with Ubud Sunrise Hiking. Mr Ketut picked us up and drove us to the meeting point of the hike. Mr Ketut was very friendly and a safe driver! We meet Ayu who was our tour guide for the hike. She was amazing, we felt so secured walking up and down the mountain with her guiding us. You get a cup of hot drink, banana sandwiches and eggs when you reach the top of Batur. We will definitely recommend Ubud Sunrise Hiking to friends and family visiting Bali!

A nice tour for people who like hiking and adventure. The climb up the mountain is not easy. We got picked up by our driver Mr. Ketut at 02 am. A good sleep before the hike is important. Our tour guide Mr. Yus was really nice. Breakfast is banana sandwich along with tea/coffee and chocolates. But the view is really beautiful. I would recommend this tour.
