That’s what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about. You don’t have to be “advanced” to take it – it’s designed so you can go into it straight after the PADI Open Water Diver course. The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water.

The Advanced Open Water license means you can go diving anywhere in the world to a depth of 30m/100ft.

We maintain a policy of a maximum student to instructor ratio of 4:1 to ensure quality training. All of our PADI courses come complete with PADI online manual, lunch, water, tea & coffee and top notch instruction in a stunning environment

2 Day Course

In total you will do 5 dives during the Advance course; Deep Dive and Underwater Navigation are compulsory, and then you can choose 3 of the following specialty dives;

· Digital Underwater Photography

· Multi-level and Computer

· Peak Performance Buoyancy

· Underwater Naturalist Fish ID

· Boat Dive

· Drift Dive

· Night Dive

· Search & Recovery

Prerequisites: Be a certified PADI Open Water Diver or with the equivalent certification from another diving agency.

  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
  • Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
  • Near public transportation
  • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • Force majeure : In the event of a force majeure or severe weather and the harbor is closed, GILI HAI CRUISES is entitled to reschedule the departure time without any refunding to the passengers.

Open water course and the Menjangan island were amazing. I had nothing but a pro experience with the PADI office at Menjangan Dynasty resort. I felt totally comfortable and prepared by the time I finished the course. The dive masters and the boat drivers were top notch. I would highly recommend diving with this crew and seeing what Menjangan island has to offer.
