Driver had a hard time finding the address. We were asked several times how many bags we had and even after providing this information the driver arrived with several of his own belongings in his vehicle, a cooler, several umbrellas, and other miscellaneous items that took up so much space. Two of us ended up having to pay for an additional transport. We arrived all in one vehicle that was actually smaller than this driver’s vehicle. It was a very stressful situation. I do not recommend this company.
